Apple 'Adam's Pearmain' - Pollination Group 2 - Eating Apple - is a late dessert variety that can be harvested from mid-October. Dating back to Victorian times, the shapely fruits have a more subtle flavour than many modern varieties. The taste is richly aromatic and nutty, with a crisp, juicy texture. The skins are brightly coloured and delicately russeted on the shaded side of each fruit. Appealing to the eye and the palate, this classic eating Apple is best enjoyed straight from the tree, but will also store well for up to 2 months after picking.
