Repot your Snowdrop Trees into larger pots using a soil based compost such as John Innes No 3, and grow on in cool conditions until large enough to be planted in its final position. Once your Halesia is well established you can transplant into any non alkaline, fertile, moist but free draining soil. Before planting add plenty of well rotted manure or compost into the soil. Halesia prefer a sheltered position in sun or semi shade.
Feed and water Halesia Carolina regularly until fully established. Once established, Snowdrop trees do not need much maintenance except for removing damaged, diseased and misplaced shoots in winter or spring.
