Horseradish Root

Caution: irritant to skin and eyes, harmful if eaten.Plant Horseradish roots in the patio bags provided using a good quality compost. When planting Horseradish roots, set them upright in the soil so that the crown of the root sits level or just above soil level. Firm the roots in and water well. Place the bags in a sunny position.

Growing horseradish is easy. Apart from watering, require little attention throughout the growing season. Lift Horseradish plants in autumn to harvest the main root. Reserve a couple of offshoots from the main root and replant these immediately for next year's crop.

Orders which include any other products will incur a delivery charge of £6.99.

Where an order includes both packets of seeds and other products, a maximum delivery charge of £7.99 will apply - regardless of the number of items ordered.

Large items may incur a higher delivery charge - this will be displayed in your shopping basket.
