Featuring bright pops of candy colours on strong stems, this Zinnia ‘Zesty’ mix is irrepressibly cheerful. Many gardeners find Zinnias slightly tricky to raise from seed, but we’ve done all the hard work for you with these top-quality Garden Ready plants which will quickly romp away. Zinnia ‘Zesty’ bears stiff ruffs of fully double flowers which are exceptionally long-lasting, both in the garden and in vase displays. They flower furiously well into the autumn, injecting colour into borders and containers long after other flowers have faded and attracting plenty of pollinators. Height: 60cm (24in). Spread: 30cm (12in).

We send them to you 'green' ahead of flowering (but please note some varieties may show a few blooms), which means plants will establish quickly and all their energy goes into producing better roots, so they produce more flowers throughout the season.

Plant zinnias in fertile, well drained soil in full sun. When growing zinnias pinch out the growing tip of each stem to encourage branching and form a bushier plant which will produce more flowers later on.

Water regularly until zinnia plants are fully established. Deadhead faded zinnia flowers to encourage more blooms to be produced.

Seeds and garden supplies will normally be delivered within the time period stated against each product as detailed above. Plants, bulbs, corms, tubers, shrubs, trees, potatoes, etc. are delivered at the appropriate time for planting or potting on. Delivery times will be stated on the product page above, or in your order acknowledgement page and email.
