Ceanothus x delilianus 'Henri desfosse' makes a fine specimen plant with large panicles of violet-blue flowers from July to September. The red stems of this spreading, deciduous shrub are cloaked with bright green foliage that makes a handsome backdrop for summer perennials. Perfect for planting at the back of mixed borders, in wildlife areas and cottage garden planting schemes. This robust Californian Lilac is easy to grow in a wide range of soil conditions. Height and spread: 150cm (59').
