Pot up plugs into 9cm pots and grow them on in cool conditions for transplanting later on. When Primrose plants are well grown acclimatise them to outdoor conditions over 7 to 10 days prior to planting them in their final positions. Grow primrose plants in containers or borders in any moist well drained soil. Choose a position in full sun or semi shade.Feed and water plants regularly.Deadhead faded primrose flowers to encourage more blooms to be produced.In autumn, apply a mulch of well rotted manure or garden compost to the base of border grown plants.Seeds and garden supplies will normally be delivered within the time period stated against each product as detailed above. Plants, bulbs, corms, tubers, shrubs, trees, potatoes, etc. are delivered at the appropriate time for planting or potting on. Delivery times will be stated on the product page above, or in your order acknowledgement page and email.
