The feathered leaves of this tender perennial are a luscious green and arch above tall stems that become more like canes as it matures. Bamboo Palm is a somewhat slow growing variety that will eventually reach up to 4m in height as it matures. This stylish house plant will thrive in a warm bright room making it perfect for a conservatory. Height: 4m (13'). Spread: 2.5m (8'). Please note: Some houseplants are toxic or harmful to pets if ingested. If you believe your pet has consumed a poisonous plant then seek veterinary attention immediately. Grow Dypsis in bright, filtered light, well away from the direct glare of the sun. This palm enjoys normal room temperatures of 18C (65F) - 24C (75F), but avoid positioning it near cold draughts and radiators.

Feed and water regularly throughout the growing season to maintain moist, but never waterlogged soil. Take care to drain plants well after each watering. Reduce watering in winter, allowing the soil to dry out slightly between each watering.
